Police Called After YG and Saweetie Reportedly Have Heated Argument at LA Home

YG and Saweetie are still going strong, but they’ve had a few bumps along the way.

According to TMZ, the couple recently had an encounter with the police following a heated argument. Law enforcement sources revealed that the pair were arguing at their LA home on Saturday afternoon, leading someone to call the police “out of concern.”

When officers arrived, they separated the two rappers, who were reportedly arguing about “some cell phone drama.” After assessing the situation, the police determined that there was no physical harm and that it was just a loud argument. The officers remained on the scene until YG and Saweetie had calmed down, then left without any further issues.

A noncriminal report was filed to document the incident, but neither YG nor Saweetie faced any charges.

The couple first sparked romance rumors in April 2023 when they were seen getting close at Coachella. They later confirmed their relationship with a trip to Mexico. Despite rumors of a split in January, Saweetie shut down the speculation on X after YG posted a photo of them together in what appeared to be a Rolls-Royce. Saweetie reshared the post, adding, “My Pisces.”
