Ye Accuses Ex-Assistant of Blackmail, Plans Countersuit

Ye, formerly known as Kanye West has announced plans to countersue his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who recently accused him of sexual harassment.

Earlier this week, Pisciotta filed a lawsuit alleging that Kanye engaged in inappropriate behavior, including masturbating in front of her and sending her lewd messages and sexually explicit videos.

Kanye has denied these allegations, claiming that Pisciotta is attempting to extort him. His legal representative told TMZ, “In response to these baseless allegations, Ye will be filing a lawsuit against Ms. Pisciotta, who actively pursued him sexually to coerce employment and other material benefits, then engaged in blackmail and extortion when her advances were rejected.”

Kanye’s team also accuses Pisciotta of stealing his phone to delete evidence that would refute her claims.

Pisciotta has also sued Kanye for wrongful termination. His representatives, however, argue that her employment ended because she was unqualified, made unreasonable salary demands, and exhibited “lascivious, unhinged conduct.”

Additionally, Kanye’s team alleges that Pisciotta sent nude photos of herself to Kanye, tried to solicit sex from him, and frequently requested luxury items like a Birkin bag and a Lamborghini, all of which were denied.

According to Kanye’s attorneys, Pisciotta attempted to extort him for tens of millions of dollars before filing her lawsuit.

Pisciotta has yet to respond to Kanye’s intention to countersue.

In her lawsuit, Pisciotta claims that Kanye masturbated in front of her twice — once over the phone and another time in a private room during a flight to Paris. She alleges that during the flight, Kanye locked them in a room, lay on a bed, and pleasured himself under the covers until he fell asleep.

She also claims he sent her numerous explicit text messages, including one that said, “See my problem is I be wanting to fuck but then after I fuck I want a girl to tell me how hard they been fucked while I’m fucking them. Then I want her to cheat on me.” In another message, he allegedly asked, “Is my dick racist?” and added, “I’m going to stare at pictures of white woman with black asses and beat the shit out of my racist dick.”

Pisciotta was fired by Kanye in October 2022, a month after she reportedly turned down a $4 million-a-year role as his Chief of Staff.
