This time, he’s seeking bail as he awaits the outcome of his appeal. Lanez is scheduled to appear before LA County Judge David V. Herriford, who issued his sentence in August. The rapper is requesting release on bail to live with his wife and child in the Los Angeles area and continue his career.
Legal experts suggest that obtaining bail pending an appeal is a challenging endeavor.
