Any advice that a person thinks they give ends up being a projection of insecurities never addressed.

Learn the difference between having people around you for you versus those who see you as a tool to fuel their delusions or a means to satisfy their false realities. Be honest with yourself; as a man, the best thing you can do is heal your trauma so the conversations you have to help out of love versus belligerently putting people down to qualm your egomaniacal desires.
