Beyonce Is The Most Grammy Award Winning Artist of All Time
Last night, Beyonce has made history by winning the most Grammy’s with 32 victories with mostly R&B and Pop categories with song of the year and many more. Everyone was anticipated on who is going to win Album of the Year as she is being considered being the winner. As Beyonce is the vet, despite of the Recording Academy validation, it is becoming a discussion every year. While her three prior album of the year nominations and reputation being unfortunate, Beyonce is still once again up for the top prize but this time for her acclaimed Renaissance set.
Her presence was unmatched for at least an hour before she actually arrived at the award show. As Trevor Noah jokingly stated about the L.A. traffic, as she won Best R&B song “Cuff It” earlier by hitting her record-breaking fourth win. Once she arrived, a lot of artists respectfully paid tributes to the Houston native with her incredible image. Lizzo gave gratitude to Beyonce about telling a story about skipping school in fifth grade to see her and decades later she is sitting right next to her at a show by calling her “The Artist of Our Lives.”
As Beyonce won Best Dance/Electronic music album, she had a standing ovation. She gave an emotional speech by thanking God, her fans, family, children, her uncle, the queer community in particular for everything. As she didn’t want to be emotional, when shouting-out the queer community for the dance/electronic music genre. Trevor Noah immediately shares and pronounced Beyonce as the GOAT. Who had previously held the record holder was Hungarian-British conductor Georg Solti with 31 Grammy Award wins.
As the night just began, Beyonce had the most nomination of the night with nine total including the Album of the Year for her recent album Renaissance and both song and record of the year for “Break My Soul.” Throughout her whole career, she has been nominated 88 times and performed eight times both with Destiny’s Child and as a solo artist.
