Dominic Peyreferry, also known as “Drizzy P,” is the Young-Money signee that is here to stay.

Born in 2002, Drizzy P grew up in Broomall, a small town outside of Philadelphia. He credits his mother Nicole for igniting his passion for music through her massive CD collection.

In his freshman year of high-school, his close-friend Ross received music equipment as a Christmas gift. The availability to this equipment ignited P’s passion for music, and he began to dedicate more and more time to his craft. The countless nights in Ross’s basement started to pay off.

P’s new single, “Hard 2 Believe,” dropped today (12/2) on DSP’s. Check out the new track below:

In 2020, P entered his senior year of High School. This marked the period of time in which music started to pay off. The artist decided to take a chance on himself and message his soon to be manager/business partner David Appolon, popularly known as “Geedy.” Since they began working together, Geedy and P have created over five hundred records. Over thirty of those records were recorded with YMCMB founder and CEO, Lil Wayne.

Within two years, Drizzy P catapulted from his small town in Pennsylvania to performing on big stages with Lil Wayne in Los Angeles. The connection to Wayne was made through his manager, Mack Maine, who introduced the young star to the legendary hip-hop heavyweight. The two OG’s took a liking to P and began to mentor him in his music career. Drizzy P signed to their label shortly thereafter, making P the newest member of the Young Money family.
