With ‘It’s Only Me’ Lil Baby Lands His Third No. 1 Album

Lil Baby’s new album, ‘It’s Only Me,’ has helped him land his third No.1 on the Billboard 200 chart (dated Oct. 29) after earning 216,000 equivalent album units in the U.S. in the week ending Oct. 20, according to Luminate. Making it the third-largest streaming week for any album this year. Previously, the Atlanta-born rapper earned the top spot for his collaborative effort with Lil Durk, ‘The Voice of the Heroes’ in 2021 and ‘My Turn’ in 2020. ‘My Turn’ would also go on to be named Luminate’s most popular album of the year, putting an exclamation point at the end of what was already a huge year for him.

My Turn’ was announced in early September after being teased for most of the summer. The album also marks Lil Baby’s sixth top 10 on the Billboard 200, all of them have been consecutive. With this album, he also makes history, becoming the youngest artist to simultaneously chart 25 songs on the week’s Billboard Hot 100. In addition, he became the first artist to earn over 100 entries on the Hot 100 this decade. Literally putting him in a class all by himself.
