Mr. I Don’t Make Remixes AKA one of the smoothest and boldest living legends in entertainment today Babyface has officially announced an upcoming album titled ‘Girls’ Night Out’ that is featuring Ella Mai, Doechii, Ari Lennox, Queen Naija, Kehlani, and more. The LP is set to drop worldwide on all DSPs on October 12th, 2022 and the twelve time GRAMMY award winner has me excited to hear what he has been working on.

The new album serves as his first with new label Capitol Records that in his own words, “is a sonic journey through love, heartbreak, and all of the emotions in between.” As a life long fan of the iconic singer, entertainer, producer, and song writer, Babyface return to music is important because he is one of the original “don’t put me in a box” artists that we tend to see consistently today.

From your up-tempo new jack swing bops to love jams, Mr. Face is legendary and anything he puts out is magic. The CEO of Capitol Records agrees with me as well. According to him, “Babyface’s return to the studio is long overdue, and I couldn’t be happier that he’s chosen Capitol Records as the home for such a wonderful new album. To hear his one-of-a-kind voice paired with some of music’s most impressive female artists us a joy we can’t wait to share.”

We covered his first single off the album, “We Keep Fallin'” Ft. Ella Mai earlier sampling another legend in Tevin Campbell and now he blesses the streets with a whole new LP!? we are sold! Also knowing his history in curating classic tunes with iconic women artists such as Whitney Houston, Toni Braxton, Mariah Carey, and more has me personal EXCITED for this.

Below are some of my favorite singles and videos from his legendary catalog.
