DMV artist Noah Da Don drops his first project, independently, entitled “Chose The Streets Over A Dream”, and from the first song you’re placed in the shoes of a man with a story to tell, chose something concrete like “the streets” or take a chance on something he couldn’t see unless he closed his eyes. “Red Lights” introduces you to a fast life over a smooth beat, complimenting his street soul, Da Don, is coming for the crown of melodic rap.

16 songs, effortless transitions, you can feel the pain and the triumphs of Noah’s journey as you let the album tell his story, no skips. The project has relatable tracks including “Trust Nobody” which, someone who has had to deal with situations similar to that of Da Don, might feel too. Listen as Noah praises the streets, suffers pain, losses, and then grows as a promising artist who’s passion and “therapy” is music. A sexy ladies song, “Stay True” is not to be played with! The song allows us to be a fly on the wall in a conversation where a woman, beautifully sung by artist Persona, holds her man accountable to her loyalty and asks for reassurance from him that “he will always be true”. Many relationships have gone through a phase of vulnerability and trust issues, she pleads “you could do damage”.

The DMV is home to a lot of our favorite spitters like Wale, Cordae, and Logic, Noah Da Don is anticipated to be the next big thing out!
