A$AP Rocky Released On Bail Following LAX Arrest

A$AP Rocky has been released from police custody after the Harlem rapper posted bail shortly after his arrest at Los Angeles Airport on Wednesday morning.

People Magazine reported on Wednesday morning that A$AP Rocky was seen leaving a Los Angeles jail after posting a $550,000 bond. The “F*****g Problems” rapper was reportedly charged with Assault with a Deadly Weapon, which is a felony, after police believe that he was involved in a shooting that occurred in November 2021. The Harlem rapper was taken into custody for questioning but posted bond after contacting his lawyer.

Both the rapper and Rihanna were shocked when a group of police officers met them at the terminal inside LAX. TMZ reported that authorities made the decision not to give Mayers any warning prior to his arrest because  as we previously reported they were still looking for the weapon that was allegedly used in the shooting. 

Neither A$AP Rocky or Rihanna have publicly commented on the situation yet.
