“Pressure,” has been steadily climbing up the charts and airwaves since its debut, which has almost reached its pinnacle – landing in the top ten for both R&B Radio and on the top 10 Billboard Charts. For Lennox, the first single stemmed from her untitled sophomore album is her first record to reach top 10 on any charts in the US.
The record assembled majestically from the legendary collective: Bryan-Michael Cox, Johnta Austin, and Jermaine Dupri on the production spectrum whilst Lennox alongside Anthony Parrino, and Jai’Len Josey wrote the up-tempo record. “Pressure,” signifies Lennox’s adoration for her love-interest to the point of illicit thoughts that could lead to the bedroom by the end of the night.
In contrast to the audio, the beautiful songstress released the visuals to her first single, in which emulated black women who solidified their mark in the music industry.
Currently, there is no formal date for Ari Lennox’s forthcoming sophomore album – but it is confirmed that she is indeed working on it and acquired some legendary acts to assist on her journey. Those of which includes BabyFace, Missy Elliott, and J. White.
