Nicki Minaj Faces Scrutiny on Twitter Amid Refusal on Covid-19 Vaccine

One thing about Nicki is that she is going to be vocal about her opinions and stand on it. Right, wrong, or indifferent. 

On Tuesday, Nicki declined to attend the illustrious Met Gala, since she is currently unvaccinated. Her stance on the Covid vaccine is a rebuttal against it to attend the Met Gala– stating “They want you to get vaccinated for the Met. If I get vaccinated, it won’t be for the Met [Gala]. It’ll be once I feel I’ve done enough research. I’m working on that now.” Nicki tweeted, also informing her fan base to protect themselves by wearing a mask.

The superstar is known for speaking adamantly on the adverse effects, her refusal to even get the vaccine, and more notably, a family friend who has received the vaccine and wound up with swollen testicles. 

Both Dr. Anthony Fauci and Dr. Gupta both questioned Nicki’s resources and debunked her alleged claims of the vaccine with supplemental and accurate signage. Gupta, alongside other reputable sources – states that there is no affiliation between any of the vaccines on the market would not cause A Hydrocele or swollen testicles or infertility for that matter.

While under fire in the US, her native Trinidadian’s interjected to prove their point through scientific research, however, Nicki was not having it. On Thursday, she took to Instagram to explain her sentiments regarding the covid-vaccine and that her research study was correct. 

Friday, however, elevated tension between Nicki and other reporters  –especially from her homeland in Trinidad. 

Allegedly, Trinidaian Health Officials reached out to Minaj’s family members for unknown reasons to which triggered her and stirred a banter on her Twitter feed. One of the commenters by the name of @TriniReporter expressed her sentiments on Minaj, stating “What @NickiMinaj either does not know or does not care about is Trinidad and Tobago is currently under State of Emergency. Many business sectors are closed and have been for months on end. Vaccination is our way out.”

Nicki replied, “You are the one harassing my family? SPEAK UP B4 I BEGIN. I KNOW YOU SEE THIS!!”

Allegedly, @TriniReporter or her constituents, reached out to Nicki’s family members for unknown reasons but Nicki assumes it is because it’s a form of control.
