After an increase in activity in recent weeks, including the release of two singles, Philadelphia’s own Meek Mill took to social media to claim October 1st as the day he will drop his new project Expensive Pain. The announcement came with the unveiling of the cover art that can be best described as 2 Live Crew meets Microsoft Paint. Nevertheless, the cover is sure to attract some eyeballs and reactions all over the spectrum from positive to negative.

Expensive Pain will serve as the culmination of a rollout that has so far seen Meek release two tracks and now this album cover. ‘Sharing Locations’ featuring Lil Durk and Lil Baby along with ‘Blue Notes 2’ featuring Lil Uzi Vert were released within five days to positive reception from fans that only feeding their hunger for a new album from Meek Mill. With the announcement of his incoming album, Meek Mill fans now understand how much longer the wait for new music will be.
