Rihanna is Officially a Billionaire, According to Forbes!

Forbes made an announcement early Wednesday (August 4) morning, that Rihanna is one of the wealthiest female musicians, amassing over $1.7 billion dollars in revenue from her business ventures, mostly stemming from Fenty Beauty. Forbes estimates $1.4 billion is from Fenty Beauty which launched in 2017 in partnership with LVMH, and $270 million from her signature lingerie line, Savage X Fenty. Rihanna currently owns 50% of Fenty Beauty. 

The beauty mogul and superstar is in second, next to Oprah Winfrey who is single-handedly still the richest female entertainer in the world. At only 33-years-old!

During the first calendar year of Fenty Beauty in 2018, it accounted over $550 million dollars which surpassed the Kardashian’s cosmetic lines as well as Jessica Alba’s ‘Honest.’ Rihanna also made history under the LVMH umbrella to launch as a celebrity, Christian LaCroix – being the last person who released back in 1987. 

Fenty Beauty acquires over 40 shades of concealers, ranging from the lightest pigment to dark – which many melanted shades felt compelled to purchase due to the close nature of one’s skin tone. Today, Fenty Beauty has a plethora of concealers, lipsticks, lip gloss, and skincare products.
