Hoping to stake his place in the game, Kissimmee native June3rd drops his debut album JEMENI. The thirteen-track project touched down on Tuesday, July 27th, boasting features from Fridayy and Rick Ross throughout the 37 minutes of approximate playtime. The release of JEMENI serves as the culmination of a rollout that can be best be described as a slow burn, with the release of four singles, ‘Ruff Ryder’ featuring Fridayy, ‘1942,’ ‘Wait For It,’ and ‘POV’ occurring over the course of a year.

The inspiration behind naming his debut album JEMENI comes from the misconception that June 3rd is June3rd’s birthday. “Everyone assuming that it’s my birthday and that I’m an actual Gemini,” June3rd explains. “Then from there, JEMENI became much more than a title. It became a character and symbolic of a different side/personality of me. We all have those different sides to us. Throughout the album, you’ll hear a roller coaster of different emotions and mindsets that change throughout me being young and figuring out life and what I want out of it.”

With the release of JEMENI, June3rd can now take a deep breath and observe his debut album make its way through the music universe, hopefully catching enough eyes and ears to set up what could be a fruitful 2022. With that in mind, listeners who now call themselves fans of June3rd’s music patiently await what the next move will be from the newly introduced artist.
