Fivio Foreign Says He “Needs” To Hit The Main Stage At Hot 97’s Summer Jam

It’s a great week for the city of New York and ‘Big Drip’ SZN is in full effect. Fivio Foreign is back home as he was released from jail this week and confirmed the release on Twitter on Tuesday (July 13), tweeting “Free” on his official Twitter account. Foreign was arrested back in April in New Jersey after leaving his Mercedes Benz in a no-parking zone while heading to a Citibank in Fort Lee, NJ, and failing to comply with officers as he was resisting arrest. He was arrested for multiple gun-related charges after being caught with a loaded gun and running from police.

Foreign hinted at the release as he tweeted two days prior “God is Real,” and looks like he never doubted on his faith.

Foreign seems to already have his head back into the music as it looks like he’s trying to hit Hot 97’s Summer Jam stage this year. Foreign also tweeted on Tuesday “Summer Jam” with a question, showing the New York native is eyeing to make a return before the summer closes out. If Foreign can come back and rip the stage with a set along with potentially some new music, he can soar back up on the charts and get himself back on the radar in no time.

Foreign didn’t take too long to make his presence known as he hopped on IG Live with Hot 97 DJ and former Love & Hip Hop: New York cast member DJ Drewski, with the ‘Big Drip’ rapper asking Drewski “What’s up with Summer Jam?” with Foreign sharing how he would like to perform on the main stage.

Drewski points out that Foreign already has some friends locked in to perform this year with Bobby Shmurda and Rowdy Rebel confirmed to perform sets this year. Needless to say, it would not surprise us if one, if not both of them, surprise the crowd and bring Fivio out to perform a few records.
