Megan Thee Stallion Joins She-Hulk Series; Set To Play Herself
Looks like our resident ‘Hot Girl’ is not only on her “Thot Sh*T,” but she’s on “Hulk” sh*t as she is set to appear as herself in the upcoming MCU series She-Hulk, which is a part of Phase Four of the MCU. The series will follow Jennifer Walters, played by Tatiana Maslany, who is a lawyer specializing in cases involving superhumans and has the ability to become a large, powerful, green-hued version of herself, similar to her cousin Bruce Banner also known as the Hulk.
The series is set to be released in 2022 on Disney+ and will consist of ten episodes. Since April, filming has already begun in Atlanta and Los Angeles and is seen to continue throughout the summer. News broke about the Texan rapper joining the cast from host and content curator Michael Roman on his YouTube channel entitled Everything Always, which is the home of all things Marvel including special releases, exclusives interviews, etc.
Roman shared the news yesterday in a clip, informing us that Megan is set to appear in the series as herself and was seen filming multiple scenes indicating that her guest spot might be reoccurring. Looks like nothing is stopping Megan from having a ‘Hot Girl Summer’ as she recently walked away with four awards this year at the BET Awards with Best Female Hip Hop Artist, Best Collaboration, Video Of The Year, and the Viewer’s Choice award. Seems like nothing is going to slow down the success train for the ‘Savage’ rapper so we’ll need to keep an eye out on what’s next to come.
