DaBaby Calls Himself The “Best Rapper”; Claims Rappers See Him As A “Threat”

Looks like DaBaby is ready to have a grown man conversation about the title of “Best Rapper.” The ‘Rockstar’ rapper took to Instagram this week and posted a story, calling himself the “best rapper” and shares that if an artist doesn’t want to work with him, they must be “scared” to do so.

While we don’t know who exactly the message was aimed towards, this isn’t the first time the Cleveland star has shared his thoughts on being the best. Earlier this year in an Instagram post with Lil Wayne, the ‘Cry Baby’ rapper shared in the caption “Best Rappers Alive,” which caused social media to agree or disagree.

This isn’t the first time a rapper started some conversation with challenging artists as Kendrick Lamar dropped ‘Control’ back in 2013, claiming himself the “King Of The West” and the “King Of New York.”

Currently, the Ohio native is leading the BET Awards nominations with 7 alongside fellow rapper Megan The Stallion and currently has a top 10 hit with his English singer-songwriter Dua Lipa with their collaboration ‘Levitating’ currently sitting at No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100.
