Kenny Beats Welcomes Isaiah Rashad to The Cave

It’s official! Isaiah Rashad will be the first guest on season three of producer Kenny Beats’ YouTube series, The Cave premiering on Friday at 3 PM EST. The announcement which came on Twitter, Wednesday is a welcome sight for fans of the YouTube series. Additionally, Isaiah Rashad’s appearance on The Cave coming on the heels of his May single “Lay Wit Ya” featuring Duke Deuce could signal the start of a rollout for a project from Isaiah Rashad.

For those who don’t know, The Cave is a YouTube series where Kenny Beats invites rappers on to freestyle on beats that he makes himself during the show. Throughout each episode, viewers are treated to watching the process of Kenny Beats figuring out what each artist wants to rap on, along with the general banter that comes with a studio session. Each episode ends with a “show and tell” of sorts where viewers can witness each rapper’s freestyle skills, Kenny Beats’ freestyle production skills, and how both mesh together. Kenny Beats’ collaborators, Denzel Curry, Rico Nasty as well as 6LACK, Earthgang, Vince Staples, Freddie Gibbs among others have been featured on The Cave with Isaiah Rashad adding his name to the already impressive list.

As mentioned before the season three’s first episode of Kenny Beats’ The Cave with Isaiah Rashad is set to premiere on YouTube on Friday, May 28th at 3 PM EST. With this episode, fans hope to be treated to an amazing freestyle from Isaiah Rashad in addition to some insight into what may be on the horizon from the Top Dawg Entertainment rapper.
