Seth Narley and Aqua Rich Drop Their Joint Project ‘Cartier Visas’

NY artists Seth Narley and Aqua Rich recently joined forces for their collaborative project, Cartier Visas – which dropped on March 29th.

What began as an idea to do one song together eventually became a full-fledged 10-track joint album that features tracks like “Hustle & Flow” “Bernie Madeoff” and “600 a Zip”. After connecting in a pre-COVID world, during quarantine they found themselves recording together more and more and eventually realized it only made sense to drop a project together.

The pair describes the theme of the album as “hood meets high fashion” – weaving in gritty street lyrics with high-end fashion references and designer feel. For Seth Narley, growing up in the South Bronx in a Puerto Rican household, the booming fashion districts in Manhattan always served as a source of inspiration for building a better life for himself and his family.

Both Aqua and Seth have been picking up steam in recent years. After releasing his 2019 project, “Scamma Gospel” Aqua Rich was able to turn the single “Gunna” into a series of well-received performances at venues like SOB’S, Major Stage, Hot Skull Day, and more. Seth Narley has also been making noise of his own, having been featured in publications like XXL, HypeTrak and FreeOnSmash – and he’s even got an unreleased track with A$AP Rocky floating around called “Grippin Woodgrain” which has over 3.2M views on Youtube.

The pair plan on shooting visuals for each track from Cartier Visas, to follow the visuals for the title track, ‘Cartier Visas” as well as the coincidentally-timed “Bernie Madeoff” track – the music video for which comes with an explicit disclaimer that “This is not a music video. Just a day in the life.”
