Dorchester, MA Artist Dior Stacks Would Rather “Die With It” On His Hot New Single
Dior Stacks is an exciting new 20-year-old independent artist out of Dorchester, MA with a hot new drill-inspired single, “Die With It.”
Dior Stacks brings to the table big energy, hard-hitting bars, and a captivating deep baritone voice equally well suited for gritty drill bars and melodic hooks. A member of local independent label Quality Boy Entertainment, is part of a larger growing movement of impressive young artists out of the Boston area – many of whom are inspired by the drill sound of Brooklyn and the UK.
Since originally getting his feet wet making music alongside fellow Boston driller, MOA Cash – featured on Dior’s recent track and accompanying music video “Qstyle” – Dior has made it his mission to put on for the Boston music scene, and specifically his hometown of Dorchester. Not wanting to get stuck in the “drill” box, Dior also has a talent for melody, as displayed on “Day Ones” which dropped late last year. Unafraid of the spotlight and with a strong team around him, Dior is in a great position to turn his town into DIORchester.
“Die With It” is a hard-hitting, drill track about, as Dior says in the chorus, “the risks he took for the riches.” When you watch the Krispy Productions-directed visual for “Die With It” it’s clear that no expense is spared when it comes to Dior’s craft. From the video production and creative direction, to the crisp Arson Daylee production, to the seemingly endless drip featured throughout the video, it’s clear that everything here is top of the line… as the young artist’s name suggests.
Definitely keep your eye on the rising hip hop movement out of Boston in 2021, and especially on one of its young stars, Dior Stacks.
“Die With It” is streaming everywhere now. Be sure to check his new single, as well as some of his past work. Watch the video for “Die With It” below.
