Brooklyn Artist Kai Ca$h Releases Much Anticipated ‘711’ EP

Published

on

Last week Brooklyn-native, Kai Ca$h released 711 – his first project in two years and a highly anticipated EP that follows the success of his earlier singles, “Tank” feat. Chris Brown and K Wales from earlier this year and the 2018 hit “The West” feat. 03 Greedo and King Combs.

As an individual, Kai Ca$h has all the charisma and hustle you’d expect from a true Brooklyn artist. As an artist, his lyrical ability and command over interesting, dynamic melodies is what sets Kai apart from the pack.

According to him, 711 is the introduction to a new era of Kai Ca$h – an era defined by taking chances and staying true to his character while showcasing all the work he’s put in during his 2 year hiatus. The project highlights his growth and versatility as an artist. Tracks like “Hell of a Night” and “Trinity” show off his ability to create fun, upbeat songs while melodic tracks like “Canvas” and “Step” feat THESET give us a softer, groovier side of the Brooklyn native. The 7-track EP also features CEO Trayle on “Back Doe” as well as Atlanta artist Only One Felipe on the early fan favorite, “Again.

“711 is my chance to display (just a bit of) my versatility, give my supporters/fans (old and new) a sense of my creativity with visual content, and see how people react and gravitate to this body of work. Coming up with a concept and executing it with so many dope ideas helped me realize that I was sleeping on myself for a while… but now I feel like I’m waking up out of that slump and putting myself to work”
