No Kid Hungry Declines 6ix9ine’s $200K Donation

Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine attempted to do a good deed to help recover his image since prison release; however, his karma still found a way to catch up with him. The rapper, legally named Daniel Hernandez, donated $200,000 to non-profit organization No Kid Hungry, but the organization declined it, citing “We are grateful for Mr. Hernandez’s generous offer to donate to No Kid Hungry, but we have informed his representatives that we have declined his donation. As a child-focused campaign, it is our policy to decline funding from donors whose activities do not align with our mission and values,” according to their quote to CNN. One cannot help but think this has something to do with 6ix9ine’s child sex charges from 2015.

While the rapper has a lot of controversy surrounding him being a snitch, in 2015 the New Yorker was charged with child sex charges for molesting a 13-year-old girl, videotaping the encounter, then released it online as a form of promotion for a music video.

Since his prison release, Tekashi 6ix9ine has not let up on his behavior. He’s done an IG live and made several posts taunting his critics while keeping up a façade of being a street rapper.

According to their website, No Kid Hungry is “a movement of teachers, parents, lawmakers, and CEOs with a shared belief: no kid in America should go hungry.” Currently, they are running a campaign to help hungry children in America be fed during the COVID19.
