For NBA YoungBoy, it seems as if he will never see outside of the four walls of his prison cell, as he was denied bond for the second time.

According to multiple sources, a judge upheld the court’s decision to deny the 21-year-old rapper a conditional release via bond – claiming that not only was NBA YoungBoy unfit, but a menace to society as well.

Back in April, the rapper’s first bond hearing was immediately revoked after U.S. Magistrate Judge Scott D. Johnson cited a few criminal activities displayed from the rapper, most notably – fleeing the scene and leading a high-profile police chase. Within that incident, police found narcotics with intent for personal use. According to court documents and sufficient evidence, it indicates that NBA YoungBoy – whose real name is Kentrell Gaulden, as dangerous to the public and a flight risk.

Based on NBA’s criminal history, the court’s decision was justified.

The rapper has been incarcerated since March of this year, stemming from a police raid in LA County back in September 2020 after the police raided a video shoot under operation ‘Never Free Again’, discovering drugs and firearm weapons which for NBA was charged with one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Currently, the trial date has yet to be mentioned.
