Looks like Foogiano is headed behind bars as the Greensboro rapper is facing 5 years of jail time for burning off his ankle bracelet, which was placed on him back in December 2020 after being arrested for possession of a firearm which violated his probation from a prior burglary conviction.

According to TheJasmineBrand, Foogiano allegedly burned the ankle monitor and disappeared for three months after being released in December 2020 on a $50,000 cash bond.

News about the “Stick Man” rapper’s sentencing came from a twitter post by Boomman, the CEO of Authentic Empire Music Group, the label which Foogiano is currently under.

TheJasmineBrand exclusively confirmed last month that the rapper is set to be appear on the new season of Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta with current girlfriend Renni Rucci, so we won’t be surprised if this works its way into a storyline.

Renni Rucci has posted about the recent sentencing of her beau with an instagram post that features a carousel of intimate moments with the couple.

In the caption, the “Talk” rapper shares her love for the convicted rapper and how she will make sure to support him while he’s away.

Foogiano currently has a project out called ‘Backwood Boyz’ available on all streaming platforms.
