This Morning, B2K announced via their Instagram page that “Raz B has made the brave decision to take some time off to focus on his health and well-being, and will not be performing at the Florida dates of The Millennium Tour. We send our love and full support to our brother as he embarks on this self-care journey. We love you all and can’t wait to see you in Jacksonville!”
If you recall back in March Raz-B shocked fans when he said he was quitting the on-going B2K “Millennium Tour.” He posted a message on his IG stories stating that, “I don’t feel safe because I feel like Chris Stokes is around. So guess what? I’m off the tour. Good luck to everybody.” He spoke some more on the issue and mentioned that if Omarion wanted him on the tour, he would rejoin.
He then shared a message to fans days later, “I appreciate the outpouring of love, empathy, and understanding from my supporters. I look forward to continuing the Millennium Tour for our fans. You all deserve it!”
Earlier this month, the singer was arrested in Minneapolis for domestic violence after an argument with his girlfriend, but he wasn’t charged. Fast forward to this week, Raz B had an issue with a Lyft driver who initially wouldn’t return his $2500 Louis Vuitton bag that the artist left in the Lyft driver’s vehicle after falling asleep during a long ride. According to TMZ, a rep reached out to let them know that the singer’s items had been dropped off at a central location for him to collect.
It seems as if Raz B has had a somewhat tumultuous month. With this month being Mental Health Awareness Month, we are happy to hear that the singer is putting his mental health first. We also look forward to hearing more about what’s going on with the singer on this upcoming season of Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood, as he has been added the cast.
It wasn’t mentioned if the singer would be sitting out for the remaining 5 tour dates or just Jacksonville. We do wish Raz B the best and hopefully, the time off will be beneficial.
