New Jersey rapper Skinnyfromthe9 is no stranger to trouble. The 22-year-old HITCO signee was facing time after being sentenced to 3 months in jail on kidnapping charges. He was released a few weeks ago and just dropped his album, ‘It;s an Evil World’ featuring the Fetty Wap (“Too Fast”) and PnB Rock (“Jump out That”). Our very own, Travis Covington caught up with the newcomer to discuss the project, how important it is to have the right team and surround yourself around the right people, and how he’s been highly anticipated since being released from jail.
