R&B singer and reality tv star K Michelle drops new song titled “Kim K”. As we all know K Michelle is not one to hold her tongue for anyone. This is proven yet again in her new song that was inspired by the Kardashian family.
In this song K Michelle talks about society’s views and the constant hypocrisy that gets black women viewed in a negative light, but allows women like Kim Kardashian and her family to flourish. K Michelle vents about it all in her new song that is nearly 3 minutes long.
She disses the family in her song as she sings, “wish I could be a Kardashian so I could be black, they ask if it’s real I say real fat. Don’t get caught up in the facts cause ain’t sh*t real and ain’t sh*t funny, so f*ck how you feel.” She later sings “I wish I could be a Kardashian so I could be black, put my face over ‘Pac, wear my braids to the back, throw a filter on that” in the second chorus. In this same song K Michelle also gives credit to Blac Chyna saying “I gotta f*ck with Blac Chyna. She’s such a lion, no Tyga. She’s such a constant reminder niggahs will sponsor vagina.”
The singer also brings up her previous relationship with Idris Elba in this song as well. She addresses the negative cristisim received after news got out about the two. She says that if she was a white woman the issue would’ve been nonexistent. “I date a black man name Idris, you say I’m ghetto he tripping you rather him with white women,” she sings.
This song will be featured on K Michelle’s new album “Kimberly: The People I Used to Know.” This will make K Michelle’s 6th album. Listen to “Kim K” below.
