Nelly isn’t the only one getting in trouble with the law these days.
Rapper Kodak Black is being charged with a teenage girl’s alleged sexual assault, which reportedly took place in Florence County, South Carolina last year.
The alleged assault took place at a local Comfort Inn & Suites in Florence, while the Pompano Beach rapper was in town for a concert at the Treasure City nightclub, according to local ABC affiliate WPDE.
The teenage girl reporting the assault to her schools nurse, prompting a school resource officer to notify authorities. Atlantic Records spoke out about the incident.
“Atlantic Records is aware of the indictment and it was expected as part of the normal process of the pending case.”
