Kelly Rowland’s often delayed third studio album has found much success with her latest single “Motivation” featuring Lil Wayne. With “Motivation” becoming a Top 40 hit, Kelly has announced that she will title her album Here I am. She states
“I wanted people to know that this is the record, the sound I’ve been working toward… that here I am,” she explained. “It just connected with my heart and the music as well. It stands for everything I’ve gone through and thought about for this record as a woman. It’s very strong.”
Kelly has been working with a wide range of all-star producers and writers including Rico Love, Ester Dean, Stargate, Rodney Jerkins, David Guetta and many more.This might just be Kelly’s biggest solo album yet!
Lil’ Wayne premieres his video for his latest single, “John,” featuring Rick Ross. It is the second single from his ninth album, The Carter IV, which will be Wayne’s first release since being released from prison. The video was directed by Colin Tilley, who has been responsible for directing several videos for some of the top artists in hip hop and R&B. The Carter IV is set to release June 21st.
